What the program covers

The program includes six live sessions designed to help participants build practical confidence with AI tools.

This is not a lecture series or a pre-recorded course. It is a live, hands-on learning experience where participants practice directly, alongside peers from across the travel and tourism industry.

Week 1: AI Basics

Participants learn the core language of AI, explore the tools that matter most, and follow a hands-on walkthrough so they can begin using AI with confidence from the first session.

Week 3: How AI Reads Your Travel Brand

This session explains how AI systems understand, interpret, and present a destination or brand to travelers, along with practical steps participants can take now.

Week 5: Prompting, Agents & Daily AI Workflows

Participants learn how to communicate more effectively with AI tools, create agents that help save time, and incorporate AI into the workflows they already use each day.

Week 7: AI for Travel Marketing, Content & Discoverability

This session focuses on practical AI uses across content development, marketing campaigns, and helping a brand appear in AI-powered travel planning.

Week 9: Advanced AI Features & What's Coming Next

Participants look ahead at emerging capabilities, new tools, and ways to keep up as AI changes without becoming overwhelmed.

Week 11: Live Q&A & Cohort Capstone

The cohort brings the program together through open Q&A, peer conversation, and a practical plan for continuing to build AI fluency after the sessions conclude.
